  After having my Seadoo serviced last year(August), it was on the water 1 time for about two hours. In November when I was removing the battery, I noticed the oil cap was off and oil had sprayed all over the engine. I sent an email at the time with no response(was not pressing so I figured I would reach out in the summer as I was getting ready to use it again) I called them and advised what my issue was. Ryan went on and on about how the vibrations can throw the cap off(ok, I guess it could happen). I was placing the battery back in yesterday after assuming the vibrations may have casued it(doubtful with how good the cap is on there when placed appropriately) and noticed the oil is dirty dirty brown. The oil WAS NOT changed and that most likley led to the cap being left off. I went there in person today and he made me feel like they had done nothing wrong and I was trying to get a free oil change.("This is not Nordstroms, you can't just come back here after a year") I paid a good amount on the maintenance. He did offer to do the oil change in a timely manner(after being very upset), but never would admit that maybe the oil was not serviced as it was supposed to and someone left the cap off. He conitinued to make me feel like I was strong arming(It was Ryan that was angry) him for a free oil change. At the end of this experience, I would never take my Seadoo or anything else back there. I'll gladly take it else where and pay for it. I guess it was more his approach that all of this was my fault for paying for a service that was not done to completion. He said that he did not care about reviews, so I guess this review will not matter much. I'm actaully bummed because I'm on the look out for another boat mechanic. Lesson Learned - Always inspect the work right after it is done.
