  Do not let them fool you.
  
  Woody and Chelsea (Manager) greeted me when I arrived at the leasing office. Woody quoted me a price of $1,595/mo (plus water, sewer, trash, and electric) for their smallest apartment. Chelsea said that it was being renovated and would be ready for move in on Saturday. I told them I wanted the apartment, requested an application, and told them I would be back with a check. When I called an hour later, to ask for total amount needed for the cashier's check, Woody said that the price for the apartment would be $1,707/mo instead of what she said previously. She explained that, even though she quoted me $1,595, the online price is $1,707. When I asked to speak to the manager, Chelsea picked up the phone and said that the price for the apartment was never $1,595 and it was not going to change. They both seemed friendly and accommodating when I was at the leasing office, but were inconsistent and unapologetic by the end of our conversation on the phone.
